44 river miles. About 16 hour drive from Seattle to put-in.
Put in Monday, 9/6/04 at 10AM. Take out Thursday, 9/9/04 in afternoon. ie 4 days, 3 nights .

Group DinnersDriving Directions Update from Mel who went and checked it out: :
Drive from Seattle to Green River, WY. From Green River, WY or Rock Springs WY is only about 1.5 hours to our put-in.
From there go South on WY430 to CO318. Route 430 is only paved in Wyoming, you have to do about 1/2 hour of dirt road on Route 430 in Colorado until you come to Route 318. Route 318 is paved (sealed, as they say Down Under) and you should see a sign to Brown's Park.
Go Right on CO318 then 4.8 miles to sign marked "Gates of Lodore".
Go Left at sign onto an unpaved road (Moffat County Rd 34), for another 5.8 miles to the ranger station.

Drive W then S on UT149 to Jensen, UT and then to Seattle
Directions from Jensen, UT to Seattle
Car pooling
Given my knowledge of member's locations & plans, I would guess at the following car pools:

Shuttle
Havie your vehicle unloaded and ready to shuttle at 1:00PM on Sunday. The people left behind can finish getting boats ready and set up camp while drivers run the shuttle. It is about 140 miles or 3 hours one-way. Please bring $52 per car cash for the driver.
Wilkins Bus Line will shuttle all drivers back to putin for $260 total, meeting us 5:00 PM Sunday 5 September from Split Mountain car parking lot. Todd W is our man at 1210 S Vernal Ave, Vernal, UT 84078, 435-789-2476.
